No joke, this thing is awesome. The babe started to completely refuse my breast and would only eat from a bottle. It was very frustrating to know that I had food to offer her, but she wouldn't even try. I was able to track down one of these little devices and I am SO glad I did! I thought it would be totally obnoxious and inconvenient, but it is no more of a hassle than making a bottle for her. Now, instead of freaking out when it is time to eat, she willingly latches on because of the instant reward of the supplement! Since she has a constant supply of food, she is able to nurse longer which will help to increase my milk supply. Thank you, Medela, for making nursing an enjoyable experience once again. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

It is awesome!! I used that for the first week or so with Claire when we had to supplement because of her jaundice. I totally credit it for helping us get off on the right foot with breastfeeding!
