Does anyone else out there have kids in school this week? Our holiday break, this year, is from the 24th until the 8th.
I can't decide if I would rather have them home this week so that I can do fun Christmas-related stuff with them or away at school so I can get all of the wrapping done. Not to mention last minute errands!!
So, instead of being totally bonkers at home because there are only 3 MORE DAYS UNTIL CHRISTMAS, they get to be totally bonkers at school.
I am sure the teachers are thrilled. I wonder how much work they are actually doing.
The child in me feels bad for them. But the adult in me is relishing this free time to deal with all of the procrastinating I have been doing.
Either way, it is a win-win.
