My husband enjoys making his own beer. One of his most recent beers is a sour beer (pictured above). It isn't ready yet. It won't be ready for a LONG time. I am really curious about how this one will turn out. We aren't quite sure what it is that is floating on top of the beer that is fermenting. My husband says it looks like cheese or mold. I think it looks gross. He assures me that this process is normal and we will have a great sour beer when it is all done. He hopes.
