...in Legos. Last year I posted about a Christmas Hangover. The boys were grumpy and mostly didn't know what to do with themselves.
This year it has been completely different! There were no melt downs on Christmas day. AND, since December 26th, they have been locked up in their room (they actually lock the door so that The Peach doesn't come in and destroy anything) working on Legos. They got about 10 new sets between the both of them. I need to take a picture of their room. There are so many Legos, I am amazed that they know which pieces go to which set. It drives me a little bit crazy that they stop halfway through building a set to start a new one. JUST FINISH ONE ALREADY!! On the flip side, it has been nice having them occupied while I clean up this bomb that Christmas dropped on our house.
We had a very Merry Christmas indeed and I am wondering what will happen when they run out of Legos to build. Fortunately we are headed to Pinetop for the New Year and the Legos will stay at home. They will have a renewed drive for Legos when we return I am sure.
